Care Instruction

• METAL CARE: Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or polishes on your new item, to keep it clean just a quick dust with a soft cotton towel or cloth will do the trick and avoid damaging the finish or scratching the surface. Smudges or smears can be removed by using a window cleaner or soft paper towel . Product are made for indoor use only.
• FABRIC: We use Fabric with great quality, textures,colors and having the following benefits.Commercial, means all the fabric have been tested to heavy commercial. Martindale :- 25000 to 70000 Rubs Halo, means easy cleanability with cloth and slight soap water. Fabrics are resistant to pilling and impervious to attacks by moths, silver fish and insect pests. They have been tested for color fastness, abrasion, inherent stain resistance and safety.
• CLEANING: Clean with damp soft cloth only, avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasives as these may damage the surface. Wipe up any spills quickly Use coasters on dining and coffee table and avoid direct contact of hot and cold items on the surface.
• MAINTENANCE: Stains may be removed with a light grade sand paper followed by applying a natural bees wax.
• NOTE: Slight variation in color may occur, test on an inconspicious area first.

Warranty

We provide 6 months limited warranty on manufacturing defects.

This product warranty does not cover:

• Defects caused by improper product storage, handling, assembly, maintenance, or use.
• Defects occurring to the Goods after purchase due to product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence.
• Normal product wear and tear due to age including wearing or staining or loosening of fabric or leather or any such material.
• Variations of color or texture in Goods made of natural materials like fabric, leather, wood etc, Fabric and leather are not covered by any warranty. Buttons on tufted products covered with fabric/ leather are also not covered under warranty as we do not have any control over the usage of these products.
• Commercial use of any Goods (e.g., use in a commercial establishment or other setting outside of a personal residential setting).

Shipping & Returns

Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement only if it meets the following conditions:

• - If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or the wrong product is delivered.
• - If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or damage.

If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please email us at care@orangetree.in within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

• - Specify the reason for the return, and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item at care@orangetree.in
• Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails or images sent after 48 hrs of the delivery.
• We will arrange a reverse pickup in 4-5 working days from the date of request. In case of replacement, your new product will reach you in the stipulated time mentioned by the sales support team from the date of receipt of material at our end.

In order to successfully return pick-up please keep the products in their unused, original condition, along with the original invoice/sale receipt, brand outer box, and original accessories.

Refunds shall be made through the original payment mode. We shall process the refund within 7-9 business days from the date of receipt of material at our end.
