Our products are coated with high glass powder coating, electrophoretic lacquer and plating. There is pre-treatment done on products to make them rust and dust free. We are using lead free and non-hazardous coating on our products. Tealight/Candle Holders are meant for indoor use.

Care Instruction

Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or polishes on your new item, to keeep it clean just a quick dust with soft cotton towel or cloth will do the trick and will avoid damaging the finish or scrathing the surface.

Shipping & Returns

Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement only if it meets the following conditions:

• - If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or the wrong product is delivered.
• - If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or damage.

• Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails or images sent after 48 hrs of the delivery.
• We will arrange a reverse pickup in 4-5 working days from the date of request. In case of replacement, your new product will reach you in the stipulated time mentioned by the sales support team from the date of receipt of material at our end.

Refunds shall be made through the original payment mode. We shall process the refund within 7-9 business days from the date of receipt of material at our end.
