• We maintain a moisture content of 8-12% in our wood.
• We always use Hettich and Ebco hardware in our furniture.
• We do not use hard and harmful /Glossy chemical material on woods.
• We use NC lacquer and water-based sealer.

Care Instruction

• METAL CARE: Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or polishes on your new item, to keep it clean just quick dust with a soft cotton towel or cloth will do the trick and avoid damaging the finish or scratching the surface. Smudges or smears can be removed by using a window cleaner or soft paper towel. Products are made for indoor use only.
• CARE FOR YOUR WOOD: Each piece in our collection is crafted from solid hardwood harvested from responsibly managed forests. Natural variations in the wood grain and coloring are to be expected. In order to keep your product looking at its best follow the following care instructions and avoid direct sunlight.
• CLEANING: Clean with a damp soft cloth only, avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasives as these may damage the surface. Wipe up any spills quickly Use coasters on the dining and coffee tables and avoid direct contact of hot and cold items on the surface.
• MAINTENANCE: Stains may be removed with light-grade sandpaper followed by applying natural beeswax.
• NOTE: Slight variation in color may occur, test on an inconspicuous area first.

Warranty

• We provide One Year Limited Warranty on manufacturing defects.

  
  This product warranty does not cover:

  • Defects caused by improper product storage, handling, assembly, maintenance, or use.
  • Defects occur to the Goods after purchase due to product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence.
  • Normal product wear and tear due to age including wearing or staining or loosening of fabric or leather or any such material.
  • Variations of color or texture in Goods made of natural materials like fabric, leather, wood, etc, Fabric and leather are not covered by any warranty. Buttons on tufted products covered with fabric/ leather are also not covered under warranty as we do not have any control over the usage of these products.
  • Commercial use of any Goods (e.g., use in a commercial establishment or another setting outside of a personal residential setting).

Shipping & Returns

Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement only if it meets the following conditions:

• - If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or the wrong product is delivered.
• - If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or damage.

• - Specify the reason for the return, and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item at [email protected]
• Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails or images sent after 48 hrs of the delivery.
• We will arrange a reverse pickup in 4-5 working days from the date of request. In case of replacement, your new product will reach you in the stipulated time mentioned by the sales support team from the date of receipt of material at our end.

In order to successfully return pick-up please keep the products in their unused, original condition, along with the original invoice/sale receipt, brand outer box, and original accessories.

Refunds shall be made through the original payment mode. We shall process the refund within 7-9 business days from the date of receipt of material at our end.
