Features

Our products are coated with high gloss powder coating, electrophoretic lacquer, and plating. There is pre-treatment done on products to make them rust and dust-free. We are using lead-free and non-hazardous coating on our products. All our electrical fittings are CE approved which are certified by testing labs. Before packing every component of the product is checked and tested as per the end-user. Lamps are meant for indoor use.

Care Instruction

Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or polishes on your new item, to keep it clean just quick dust with a soft cotton towel or cloth will do the trick and will avoid damaging the finish or scratching the surface.

Shipping & Returns

Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement only if it meets the following conditions:

• - If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or the wrong product is delivered.
• - If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or damage.

If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please email us at care@orangetree.in within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

• - Specify the reason for the return, and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item at care@orangetree.in
• Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails or images sent after 48 hrs of the delivery.
• We will arrange a reverse pickup in 4-5 working days from the date of request. In case of replacement, your new product will reach you in the stipulated time mentioned by the sales support team from the date of receipt of material at our end.

In order to successfully return pick-up please keep the products in their unused, original condition, along with the original invoice/sale receipt, brand outer box, and original accessories.

Refunds shall be made through the original payment mode. We shall process the refund within 7-9 business days from the date of receipt of material at our end.
