• We maintain a moisture content of 8-12% in our wood.
• We use Hettich and Ebco fittings in our furniture.
• We do not use hard and harmful /Glossy chemical material on woods.
• We use NC lacquer and a water based sealer for a water resistant wood finish. 

Care Instruction

• CARE FOR YOUR WOOD: Each piece in our collection is crafted from solid hardwood harvested from responsibly managed forest. Natural variations in the wood grain and coloring are to be expected. In order to keep your product looking at its best follow the following care instructions and avoid direct sunlight.
• CLEANING: Clean with damp soft cloth only, avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasives as these may damage the surface. Wipe up any spills quickly Use coasters on dining and coffee table and avoid direct contact of hot and cold items on the surface.
• MAINTENANCE: Stains may be removed with a light grade sand paper followed by applying a natural bees wax.
• NOTE: Slight variation in color may occur, test on an inconspicious area first.

Warranty

We provide One Year Limited Warranty on manufacturing defects.

This product warranty does not cover:

• Defects caused by improper product storage, handling, assembly, maintenance, or use.
• Defects caused to the goods after purchase, due to product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence.
• Normal product wear and tear due to age including wearing or staining or loosening of fabric or leather or any such material.
• Variations of color or texture in Goods made of natural materials like fabric, leather, wood etc, Fabric and leather are not covered by any warranty. Buttons on tufted products covered with fabric/ leather are also not covered under warranty as we do not have any control over the usage of these products.
• Defects caused during commercial use of any Goods (e.g., use in a commercial establishment or other setting outside of a personal residential setting).

Shipping & Returns

• Returns of goods will be accepted only for Damaged/Defective products.
• In order to successfully return pick-up please keep the products in their unused, original condition, along with the original invoice/sale receipt, brand outer box, and original accessories.
• Refund will be provided in case replacement for the same product is not available.
• We normally process the refund in 7-9 days from the date of receipt of material at our end.
